My portfolio: measured performance improvement

Mobile performance improved from 76 to 100, and Largest Contentful Paint from 4.7 to 0.9 seconds. I removed render-blocking font and CSS requests, compressed and self-hosted fonts, and replaced the mobile canvas with a static background. Desktop recorded 100/100.

Before optimization report

ESDF: measured performance improvement

Mobile performance improved from 75 to 98, and desktop from 91 to 99. Mobile Largest Contentful Paint dropped from 5.4 to 1.8 seconds. I optimized the hero and logo images, used responsive image formats, reduced render-blocking homepage CSS, and deferred below-the-fold images. Both final tests recorded zero blocking time and zero layout shift.
